01-12-2023 We have our house
for sale, after having lived there with great pleasure for
30 years. Now that Jaap has retired, we would like to go abroad
to enjoy our next phase of life. It's all super exciting.
As soon as we have everything finalized, we will of course
inform all owners of an Ala D'Oro about where and when. We
then naturally expect people to come and visit us abroad!
Our kennel will of course continue to exist. We have plans
for a litter with Viviana da Calabrone di-Ala-D'Oro in 2024.
In the meantime, life here continues as usual. These days
there is a lot of hunting by the boss. The dogs immediately

11-9-2023 The third
SABI Mondiale (in Arrezzo), we have been looking forward to
it for a long time. And of course we were present again. We
had a nice weekend, met friends and made new ones. Edda da
Dama and Dama Bianca di Ala D'Oro participated on both days.
We are satisfied with the show results of Dama Bianca di Ala
D'Oro and Edda da Dama di Ala D'Oro Raduno Mondiale 2023 Arezzo

di Ala D'Oro - Excellent. Veteran class - Dama Bianca di Ala
D'Oro - 2 Excellent vRCAC. The next day during the cross country
competition (Pieve Santo Stefano Arez) our old tough Dama
Bianca ran a nice course at a nice pace for her age. Fortunately,
she had her run at the beginning of the race, so the sun was
not yet high in the sky. She was soon busy working on three
Italian Pernice who unfortunately went up prematurely. Despite
this, the judge complimented us on Duffy, almost eleven and
still fit enough to provide beautiful breed-typical hunting
action. Edda (who, to be honest, was not yet in competition
condition) was looking for a nice natural trot, with the right
tail movements, but she simply lacked enough energy to continue
hunting attractively, her run was in the middle of the day,
the high temperature also played a role. We don't regret it,
we know what she has to offer us in the huntingfields, better

6-6-2023 On June
4 we were participants during the VISJ 2023 Champion Club
Match, it was held for the first time during the Italy event
at Kasteel de Haar. Breed judge Lida was able to judge fourteen
di-Ala-D'Oro Bracchi on this day . We are very proud of this.
We thank all the owners who accompanied us in the ring on
this day, but we also thank the owners who came to cheer on
the famiglia with their Ala D'Oro. The dogs achieved wonderful
results. This year Barbara da Beatrice di-Ala-D'Oro was chosen
as the most beautiful Bracco Italiano of the Club Match. The
official title CLUB WINNER 2023 goes to her this year! She
is a child of Beatrice da Calabrone di Ala D'Oro X Mio Amore
di Ala D'Oro. She will represent our kennel at the DOG OF
THE YEAR SHOW 2023 in early January. Are you curious about

30-03-2023 Saturday,
March 5, the Hunting Dog Competition was organized by the
Italian Pointing Hunting Dog Association. Stephanie and Ambrogio
da Fendi di Ala D'Oro (see photo on the right) managed to
take first place together with a nice score, giving Ambrogio
the club title "Cane da Caccia" for the second year. We are
proud of the great result. A super couple! In the meantime,
spring has started and we have fun events planned for the
coming months. For example, on April 8 there will be the hunting
ability test in which at least two of Beatrice "Joep"'s children
will participate. Barbara "Bice" and Valeria "Mozzarella"
will show us whether the hunting passion they had at the age
of seven is still there. June 4 is the Champion Club Match,
this year it will be held during the Italy event. We hope,
of course, that many Ala D'Oros will be present. To participate
in the Club Match or to encourage us or simply because there
is such a wonderful Italian atmosphere at the Italy event.
With nice live music and lots of Italian products that can
be purchased. If you would like to attend - please let us
know and we may be able to arrange reduced admission tickets.

A new year has begun. We wish everyone a healthy and happy
2023. We would like to highlight another great achievement
by Edda da Dama di Ala D'Oro. Just at the last minute of 2022
she achieved a beautiful Italian qualification 1 Excellent
during a Championship Fieldwork Competition. We are very proud
of her, it was also a nice trip to Italy. Viviana da Calabrone
di Ala D'Oro also came to Italy, not for competitions but
for training. We have really made great strides again. Viviana
has the working style of her mother "Duffy" and that gives
us enormous confidence in the future.
The Dog of the Year show will be organized on January 28,
2023. For decades now, dogs from our kennel "di Ala D'Oro"
have been invited and present at this prestigious show. This
year our beautiful male 'Shlomo' Vito da Amore di Ala D'Oro
(born out of Mio Amore di Ala D'Oro X Edda da Dama di Ala
D'Oro) accepted the invitation. Go see our results from the
